- We ship from our warehouse in California, so delivery times may vary by region (e.g., faster to West Coast addresses).

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Standard rates start at $5.99 for First-Class Mail and $8.99 for Priority Mail.
- Free shipping is available on orders over $250 (US addresses only).
- All costs are in USD and include basic packaging and handling.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
- No Refunds or Returns: Due to the nature of our products (nootropics and peptides), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
- Order Cancellations: You may request to cancel an order before it ships by emailing us immediately. If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Damaged or Lost Packages: In rare cases of damage or loss, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery with photos and details. We may offer a replacement at our discretion, subject to investigation with USPS.
- Address Errors: Ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
